While walk-ins are always welcome, we recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment to ensure Hearing Test Suite availability.
The Zounds Hearing Centers have been designed to let you experience the revolutionary technology of Zounds. We want your visit to be informative, enjoyable, and productive. Relax with a cup of coffee in our lounge, stroll through our Zounds stations, consult with a licensed Zounds Hearing Consultant, and walk out with a new pair of Zounds hearing aids during the same visit. Lounge
The lounge is located in the front section of our center, just inside the entrance. The lounge is where you can relax, watch a classic movie, and have a cup of coffee on us. You can also look over Zounds literature and discuss your options with a friend, family member, or Zounds Hearing Consultant.
Restaurant Simulation
Understanding friends and family members in noisy environments is the #1 complaint of those who suffer from a hearing loss. Even with a $3,000 hearing aid, you may not clearly understand conversations in noisy situations. Our Z1 Bistro Restaurant Simulation virtually recreates a noisy restaurant and compares the sound quality of Zounds hearing aids versus the leading high-end hearing aid.
Interactive Kiosks
At the Interactive Kiosks, you can hear side-by-side sound comparisons between Zounds and the leading hearing aid brand in different listening environments. Theater
In our Theater, you can watch a short, entertaining video describing our breakthrough technology and how it differs from other hearing aids. You will also be able to hear additional sound demonstrations in different environments. If you would like to watch this video now, please click here.
Hearing Test Suites
A licensed Zounds Hearing Consultant can fit and program your hearings aids in our designated Hearing Test Suites. Here you will be given a comprehensive hearing exam to determine the extent of your hearing loss. Then, we will use our proprietary progamming software to accurately program your hearing aids to your specific hearing loss. As a result, less return visits are expected.
Product Display
Our staff will help you choose from two different styles of hearing aids or replace a lost, damaged, or stolen hearing aid or accessory.
Phone Simulation
The Phone Simulation allows you to test your programmed Zounds hearing aid while using the phone. Simply pick up the phone, listen to the recorded message, and notice how Zounds eliminates the annoying squealing/whistling associated with using the phone.
