I’m a 25 year retail executive with focused on consumer electronics and entertainment. As I researched my next business venture I discovered that serving the aging population was in line with my interests and skills that I’ve developed over the years.

Hearing Loss in this country is a widespread and an under recognized condition that deserves immediate attention by those afflicted and their loved ones. The aging population is growing at a rapid rate and is under served in both quantity and quality of care services and products. I hope to bring attention to hearing loss and particularly to the Zounds products that deliver as good as or better than most hearing aid devices one encounters in the market place. Zounds is built on delivering a high quality, American engineered and sold product at a very reasonable price range as compared to traditional sources for hearing aids.

As I grow my business it is a goal of mine to drive up the awareness level for hearing loss and get lower cost hearing aid devices into those in need.

Joe Kinnard has been dispensing hearing aids for over 24 years in the metropolitan Kansas City area and neighboring communities. The cornerstone of Joe’s professionalism is built on his commitment to serve the hearing impaired and to exceed the expectations of his patients. He creates an environment where open and honest communication can take place and his patients can make decisions about their hearing needs based on facts and years of success, all without the feeling of being rushed or pressured.

He learned early on that growing the business results from earning the respect of his patients; and that great service, dependability, and fair prices are essential to earning that respect.
