“I have been wearing my Imprezo Zounds hearing aids for 6 months; I’m a very satisfied wearer. As Mayor of Franklin Park Borough and a Consultant for a major Pittsburgh Transportation Company, I attend many meetings and social events. The ‘Empower Remote’ is another outstanding feature of my Zounds Hearing Aids. I find, in council meetings, I can improve hearing someone at the far end of our very long table by quickly and easily switching to a preset that opens up the volume. I can then quickly and easily switch back to my default preset for my own ease of speaking. In addition to the presets, it provides me with the volume, bass, and treble adjustments. However, I mostly function in my default preset without need for any adjustment.

Another great feature is the charging station. I place my hearing aids in the charger during sleep time and upon waking they are ready for another full day of use without ever having to change batteries, it’s great!!

Gary Sisko, the Hearing Instrument Specialist, is knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful with answering questions or correcting any difficulty that may arise. It’s very comforting to know that should a problem arise it will be efficiently serviced.
